In general you choose a company name, provide director and address details with identification documents, and submit the registration. BizStart Solutions can prepare and submit this for you once you authorise us to act on your behalf.

Yes. We assist with income tax, VAT, PAYE, UIF and COID registrations. Tax registration (SARS) is listed in our Growth package. SARS and the other authorities make the final decisions on registrations.

Annual returns are yearly filings that companies make to CIPC to keep their registration in good standing. We can prepare and file them for you.

Yes. Our tender readiness support covers tax clearance, B-BBEE affidavits, bank confirmation letters and UIF and COID compliance documents. We help prepare documents but cannot guarantee that a tender will be awarded.

Our published packages are Starter at R499, Growth at R999 and Business Pro by custom quotation. These are BizStart Solutions' service fees. Official fees charged by authorities are separate, and we will confirm which apply to your request.
